ABOUT THE VILLA

The luxury villa is equipped with air-conditioning (heating/cooling), bathrooms with bath/shower and toilet, floor plastered with ceramic tiles, parquet-floors in bedrooms, furnished balcony/terraces, fire-prevention system with alarm, breaking-in prevention and SOS system. There is a heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

On the lower floor, there is a living room, dining room for 8 people, fully equipped designer kitchen, and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with four electric-heated cooking plates (glass-ceramic), oven, range – hood, dishwasher, big refrigerator with a freezer, equipment for preparing food and consuming food and drinks, coffee machine, and mixer. The living room has Sat-TV, telephone with a direct outside line and other equipment. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms for two people, and one bedroom for one person. All the bedrooms have there own bathroom.

It is up to you whether you decide to relax in peace and enjoy the SKIPER team’s culinary specialties or prefer active holidays and use our wide range of recreational facilities. Our recreational facilities include a wonderful poolscape, a large private beach, a modern sports centre, a playground for children and our own SKIPER church.

 

VILLA POLICIES

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests, children are allowed. There is an additional charge of 5 Euro/day for the use of baby equipment.

 

GETTING THERE

Guests must arrange their own airport transfers. They can take a taxi from the airport for approx. 150 Euros.

• Pre-stocking available, guests pay only for the cost of food.
• Restaurant a la Carte.
• Full staff (housekeeper, manager, security, and gardener) included in the rates.
