This is a very modern property, situated in a quiet area only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the Provençal village of Biot.

Inside, the large bay windows opening onto the garden and pool provide an incredible feeling of space and brightness.

 

All rooms are simply but comfortably furnished in modern style, and decorated in soft colors, which emphasizes the volumes and increases the impression of light.

The whole house is very well-equipped, including air-conditioning in all rooms and a good security system (alarm, electric gates with camera, electric shutters…), as well as plenty of games and accessories for kids, making it a great family holiday house.

However, be careful with children who can’t swim, as the pool is deep and not fenced.
