Services granted at the airports for VIP-passengers:
- Meet & Assist / Meet & Greet - The meeting and escorting by a highly qualified multilingual specialist, during aircraft embarkation and disembarkation procedures.
- Passenger transportation to/from aircraft
- Porter’ service, loading/unloading of luggage and carrying luggage
- Preflight waiting in the comfortable VIP lounges
- Local and national telephone communication services:- fax, photocopy facility and Wireless Internet Connection
- Fast Track - escort service through specially allocated: Ticketing, Check-in, Passport, customs, Tax Free and baggage checkpoints

Terms for booking the VIP services in airports:
- Booking requests for VIP services are accepted for 72-48 hours before arrival/departure (depending on the airport & local time of destination’ airport!)
- Booking requests for VIP services, submitted less than 48-24 hours before arrival/departure (depending on the airport & local time of destination’ airport!) are urgent requests. The extra charge for urgent demand of VIP services - 50% (depending on the airport).
- Booking requests for VIP services and date/time changes with a date for Saturday, Sunday and Monday are accepted till 12:00 at Friday (local time of destination’ airport!)
- Pay attention that in the different airports of the world there are various terms & booking conditions, therefore, we ask you to book the VIP services beforehand!
Conditions for booking the VIP services in airports:
- Booking requests for VIP services are accepted in written form only (!) by fax +49 69 408 997 69 or Е-mail: VIP@alice-travel.com >>>
- The request for VIP services should contain the following information:
ü names and surnames of served persons, citizenship;
ü departure/arrival date, flight number, departure/arrival time;
ü the contact information of the VIP customer and person/company requested services;
ü airport of arrival/departure;
ü VIP Lounge (requested or not);
ü credit card data for full advance payment of services (card number, expiry date, CCV – 3 last figures on a backside of credit card, surname and name of the credit card’ holder (necessarily that the holder of a credit card should be one of VIP persons). For permanent customers or companies contractually working with our company – special conditions).
Important Information:
1. All prices are in EURO, incl. all taxes & fees
2. All rates are subject to change without previous notice!
3. Extra charge for services from 08:00pm till 08:00am (depending on airport) – 25%-50%.
4. Extra charge for services from Saturday 06:00pm till midnight on Sunday & on Public holidays (depending on airport) – 25%-50%.
5. Extra charge for Last Minute bookings (less than 24 hours) (depending on airport) – 50%
6. At time of booking, please, check the rates with our company.
7. Pre-payment 100% for all VIP services in airports.
8. Cancellation terms:
· Until 96 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – free of charge
· 96 hours – 72 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – 20%
· 72 hours – 48 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – 35%
· 48 hours – 24 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) – 60%
· Less than 24 hours (local time of airport, arrival/departure) or no-show – 100%
9. All booking must be guaranteed by valid credit card (VISA or MasterCard only)
